will be returning here soon
Stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite with canal view. The room had a spacious layout, an espresso machine, and free toiletries. Enjoyed the good turndown service with cookies. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Staff were attentive and knew guests by name.

We got an upgrade, got a suite. The hotel in general is just wonderful, the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Everything was very comfortably furnished with great taste. You just feel comfortable. Also the Michelin star restaurant Vinkeles is highly recommended, of course with a previous reservation, as it is small but extremely comfortable and in summer there is a very nice courtyard. All in all a feast for the eyes.
Maybe the shower was a bit puny, everything else wonderful

Definitely eat at the Vinkeles! A fantastic dining experience worth every dollar.
The breakfast service in the Occo is very unorganized. 20 minutes of waiting time is unacceptable.

was paid in advance via the credit card. And had to pay again on site with 2 small children, otherwise they would not let us in the room. for a 5 star venue a very bad style. we will not book it anymore

The decor is elegantly designed with a blend of classic and modern elements. The spacious lobby and common areas were easily accessible, great for a comfortable experience for seniors like myself.
